Stock, Prices, and Characteristics of Products
The customer is obliged to consult the price, characteristics, and stock of the products that they want before completing the purchase.
The price of each item is in relation to each individual unit of measure (ml, g, etc), as specified in product name or in its absence, in product description.
Commercial Guarantee
The data published on this portal is accurate. However, owing to the large quantity of products for sale it is possible that errors in pricing, stock, characteristics or photography may occur. Leslat & Cartago Asociados S.L. works towards this not happening. It is for this reason that the confirmation of stock and pricing is subject to final confirmation by Leslat & Cartago Asociados S.L. that will be done by sending an email from a sales manager confirming your order in regards to stock and prices, without this confirmation, no order will have been catalogued as a firm order and confirmed by us.
In the cases described above, repayments of amounts charged will only come from Leslat & Cartago Asociados S.L.

Delivery Policy
The estimated time to process an order is 24-48 hours from confirmation, i.e. from the time we receive the order and payment for it.
Once it has been processed and picked up by the shipping company, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping company chosen at the time of purchase and the destination. You will find more information on available shipments and destinations in the "Shipping rates and delivery" section in the Help section, available in your user account. In the event of an incident with the delivery of a shipment, you should contact us as soon as possible to open the relevant complaint with the agency and to be able to solve it without delay.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or the necessary information for delivery is missing (street number, block, company name, etc.), or the addressee is absent during the delivery attempts made, the package will be returned to our facilities. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the products, deducting the shipping and return costs from the amount paid.
Return Policy
We do not accept the returns of goods, unless the goods have arrived damaged, erroneous and/or defective and you notify us of this with the relevant pictures within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
The photos required upon receipt of a damaged item are as follows:
- Photo(s) of the damaged product
- Photo(s) of the inner packaging (bubble wrap, kraft paper) and outer packaging (box)
- Photo(s) of the product together with the shipping label from the transport agency
- Photo(s) of the packed product, putting it back in the package as it was delivered to you
In the event of receiving a faulty or defective product, the photos to be sent to us are those indicated below:
- Photo of the product where the front of the product can be clearly seen.
- Photo of the product where you can clearly see the barcode.
- Photo of the product where the batch code can be clearly seen.
If the return requested is due to a malfunction of a product, you must also send us a video where the defect can be clearly seen. Once the requested images have been received, your account manager will contact you to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediacy with which we manage our orders, we cannot indicate a specific period in which we can guarantee that an order can be cancelled, so it is necessary to send the cancellation request to your assigned account manager, who will indicate whether it is possible to carry out the cancellation or whether it can no longer be processed because the package has been handed over to the delivery company.
Legislation
The parties, Leslat & Cartago Asociados S.L. and the user, are subject to Spanish law, based on Article 29 of Law 34/2002 and in compliance with Article 90.2 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
